We do not guarantee search rankings, placement in local search results, lead volume, call volume, appointment volume, review counts, review ratings, revenue, profit, or return on investment. Google controls search algorithms and local placement, changing its systems and policies without notice. Whether a prospective customer calls, books, or leaves a review is decided solely by that customer. What we commit to is performing the managed search tasks described in your agreed written scope and providing work logs reporting on what was completed.

Big Show Systems is an independent local-search services provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a partner of Google LLC. Google and Google Business Profile are registered trademarks of Google LLC. Google Business Profiles are free to create and manage directly through Google; our fee covers ongoing management, content creation, review response, and technical assistance, not access to Google.

Profile suspensions and reinstatement

When included in written scope, we prepare and support reinstatement appeals through Google’s official channels in accordance with Google’s Guidelines for Representing Your Business. You must provide accurate records, authorization, access, and any required evidence or verification participation. We cannot guarantee Google’s internal decisions, review timelines, or reinstatement eligibility. Final reinstatement authority rests exclusively with Google LLC.

Automated assistants and call recording

Calls answered by systems we configure are handled by an automated assistant, which identifies itself as an automated system at the start of the call. Where call recording is enabled for your account, the assistant also announces that the call is being recorded. Under Florida law (F.S. § 934.03), call recording requires two-party consent. Clients are responsible for ensuring disclosures remain active on any call handling paths operated by their staff.

Third-party pricing & metered usage

Metered phone, text, email, and AI charges are set by telecommunications carriers and platform vendors and are subject to change. Our published rates include administrative margin. Specific usage allowances ($10/mo for GBP Management, $100/mo for Revenue Engine) apply as set forth in your written agreement.
