    1. Who we are

Big Show Systems (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides Google Business Profile management and lead-response automation for service businesses in Southeast Florida. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers bigshowsystems.com and the services we deliver.

    2. What we collect

From website visitors and prospects: Your name, business name, email address, phone number, business city or Google Business Profile URL, primary concern notes, and attribution query parameters (UTM campaign, source, medium, and search click IDs) when submitted through our inspection request form or calendar booking panel.

From clients, to deliver services: Business information including address, hours, categories, services, and profile URLs; communication history including email threads, call records, recordings, and transcripts (where call recording is enabled for your account); and content you submit for approval.

Automatically: Basic server and form-submission data such as timestamps, referring page URLs, and source route paths. We do not run third-party advertising tracking pixels or session replay scripts on this website.

We do not collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or government IDs), and we ask that you do not submit sensitive information to us.

    3. Why we use it

To respond to your inquiry, run the free inspection, deliver the services in your written scope, obtain your approvals, send your monthly work summaries, bill you, provide support, keep required legal and tax records, and protect against fraud and abuse. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes, and we do not use your personal information or content to train third-party AI models.

    4. Text messages & phone contacts

Phone numbers collected on our website inspection form are captured strictly for scheduled callbacks and phone inquiries. Automated marketing SMS is disabled on website forms while A2P 10DLC registration modes remain unverified.

Where automated SMS workflows or missed-call text-back are explicitly configured under a written client scope, message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    5. Calls & call recording

Calls to or from systems we configure may be recorded and transcribed in order to deliver and improve the service, where call recording is enabled for your account. Where we configure call answering, the automated assistant announces at the start of the call that the call is being recorded (where enabled) and identifies itself as an automated assistant.

Under Florida law (F.S. § 934.03), call recording requires two-party consent. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own staff and custom call flows maintain compliant disclosures. Recordings and transcripts are treated as client-confidential and are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

    6. Service providers

We share personal information only with vendors who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to run the service:

    • HighLevel / LeadConnector — CRM, form processing, calendar scheduling, and messaging infrastructure
    • Telecommunications carriers — phone call routing and text message delivery
    • Google LLC — Google Business Profile management, under your authorization and ownership
    • Payment processors (Stripe / QuickBooks) — invoicing and card processing
    • Email delivery providers — transactional notifications and summary reports

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

    7. How long we keep it

Prospect inquiries: up to 24 months from last contact. Client records: for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years, for tax, accounting, and proof-of-consent compliance. Call recordings and transcripts (where call recording is enabled): up to 12 months, unless you ask us to retain them longer. Opt-out and consent suppression records are kept indefinitely to ensure durable compliance.

    8. Security

Access is limited to personnel who require it to perform services. We rely on vendor-provided encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, multi-factor authentication where supported, and administrative access controls. No internet transmission is completely secure, and if a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with Florida law (F.S. § 501.171) and applicable federal requirements.

    9. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you. Call us at (954) 335-3347 or send us a request through our contact page. We will process verified requests in a timely manner. Deletion requests are honored except where records must be retained for legal, tax, or proof-of-consent compliance.

    10. Children

Our website and services are intended exclusively for commercial service businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.

    11. Changes and how to reach us
