The setup fee is earned once setup work begins and is non-refundable after that point.

    Yes. Revenue Engine ($399/mo) includes our complete $99/mo Google Business Profile Management service at no additional charge — details kept accurate, weekly localized posts, and review replies.

    When a customer calls and you can't answer, our system sends a configured text-back message to engage the prospect before they call a competitor.

    Your Revenue Engine subscription includes a monthly fair-use allowance covering phone minutes, AI processing, and emails ($100/month). Unused allowance does not roll over. If your usage consistently exceeds the allowance, we will contact you to discuss a written re-scoping or plan adjustment. We do not apply unapproved automatic overage charges.

    Yes. Revenue Engine is month-to-month after the initial setup and you can cancel at the end of any billing cycle. Listings Sync, if added, is the one exception — it is an annual term that renews automatically unless you cancel before the term ends.
